Please note that we will not commission or notarize the following documents:

Land Titles Documents, Separation Agreement, Will or Power of Attorney not prepared by our office.

Documents determined by the lawyer to offend the Code of Conduct for Commissioners or Notaries.
Notary Public, Guarantee, Out-of-Province Land Transfer or Mortgage: We accept bookings by appointment only every Wednesday between 2-3pm. Please email our office a copy of your document and we will schedule your appointment.
Commissioner for Oaths: We have several commissioners who can assist you. Please call ahead to ensure we have a staff available to assist you, we cannot always accommodate walk-ins.
