Collaborative Family Law Services, Legal Separation Agreements, Cohabitation Agreements, Desk Divorces & Family Consults

We focus on interest-based negotiation and settlement in our family practice.  We also provide one-time consultations to assist you in understanding the law and your options at the early stages of a relationship breakdown.

 

Our fee for a one-time family consultation is $375.

We require a $3000 retainer to open an ongoing family file.
